It’s that time of Month again. What to moan about? I think not this has been a joyful month. Well. . . . in parts I have managed to write less due to other obligations such as djing, talent scouting (What does that even mean) and the odd radio appearance.
Sounds like I am bragging I wish that were the case as I would be able to have a fresh smug look, yet I am neither as my face is buried under this thick coat of beard.
To business this month I have had the joy of meeting Nadine Gelineau the co-founder of MusicBox found in the Broadway New York Www.themusebox.net.
It’s wild when you have a person from far away talking to you like they have known you for an age not only that, but get what you and your company are trying to do.
Is it wrong of me to wonder why they have heard of us I am constantly wittering on to my long suffering Friend and Co-owner of Quenched Ben Tallon about how things are moving too fast.
Then I’m breached with his look stating I should get a grip and get my game face on. So here it is growls as well showing my sharp teeth.
This has been so far a very transient month in that a lot of different things have moved on, yet things feel the same. We have some great new writers performing passionately (I do go on about this fact, but I am so proud of it). Gigs for this have been quality so far and should be playing at some festivals as well, which makes a change. You know being on stage instead of reviewing one.
